Request an RMA

To request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number, please follow the steps outlined
below. You will be contacted promptly by a StorCase representative
with an RMA number and return instructions. You must obtain
an RMA number before returning your product to StorCase.
1. Request
an RMA online by serial numbers.

2. Be sure to properly pack products being returned. Visit the
Packing and Shipping
Instructions page for details.
Caution - Improper packaging will void
the warranty.
For drives only:
If your drive is failing, reference the following
checklist prior to requesting an RMA.
We may be able to help you resolve the problem without the time,
expense and risk of data loss associated with returning the
product.
Original drive(s) will NOT be returned. All data and software
will be lost. Replacement drive(s) will be low-level formatted.
If you need the data on the drive and do not have a back-up
copy, you may want to consider data
recovery services before shipping the drive to StorCase.
