RETURN
MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) POLICY
StorCase
offers a 30-day return policy on all standard promoted parts
from the original date of purchase. Products purchased beyond
30 days may be returned for repair only. Please adhere to the
following guidelines when returning StorCase products for any
reason:
- A
StorCase authorized
RMA number must be obtained from StorCase RMA Department,
and/or your StorCase authorized distributor prior to return
of any StorCase product(s) for any reason.
- RMA
number(s) must be displayed on the outside of all RMA shipping
containers.
- It
is your responsibility to package RMA products(s) to prevent
damage in transit.
- The
sender is responsible for all costs associated with the
shipment of RMA product.
- RMA
product(s) must be received within 10 days of the original
RMA issue date.
NOTE:
Approval to return product(s) is at the sole discretion of
StorCase and subject to the StorCase Limited
Warranty Statement.
Please review the StorCase Limited Warranty Statement for
any special exceptions that may apply to that particular product.
